Doug Fath
Doug Fath is the Founder & CEO of Faithful Investments LLC, a real estate investment firm that acquires income producing properties in transitional areas on the cutting edge of urban revitalization. Doug is also the Founder & CEO of Wealthy Passion Corporation, an educational organization that inspires and empowers individuals to create a personal path of success.  With more than 7 years experience as an entrepreneur, Doug is dedicated to teaching individuals how real estate investing can create wealth, enabling them to pursue their true passion in life.

History:
Doug’s commitment to financial freedom began at the age of 19 while living in his dorm at New York University.  Motivated by a passion for sports, Doug founded a sports apparel company which quickly turned into a thriving business.  The business grew so rapidly the first year, that Doug took a leave of absence from NYU to manage his business full time.  During that period, he also founded a second sports apparel company and began to study real estate.  He joined investment organizations and immersed himself in reading real estate books, journals, and magazines. Doug quickly recognized the multiple benefits of real estate investing and knew he had found his next business venture.  To help realize this vision, he joined New York City Cashflow, the world’s largest community of financial freedom activists.  Here, Doug had the good fortune of learning directly from successful investors who willingly shared their knowledge and expertise. Soon, Doug was working with real estate investors up and down the east coast.
 
In the summer of 2004, Doug successfully sold both his companies and returned to NYU as a senior that fall. While in college, he founded Faithful Investments LLC and purchased his first four properties in Philadelphia.  The following year, Doug became the leader of the Philadelphia Real Estate Group of New York City Cashflow, which boasts a membership of more than 6,000.  Here, Doug seized the opportunity to pursue another passion…teaching.  He and a fellow investor created the popular Real Estate Boot Camp week-end. This coursework proved instrumental to their clients who succeeded in generating tens of thousands of dollars in passive income.  This client record of success continues to the present day.
 
Doug Fath’s accomplishments as a full time real estate investor and financial activist have earned him national acclaim.  He is a winner of the 2004 Bank of America Entrepreneurship Award and has been featured in interviews with ABC News, Bloomberg TV, The NYU Report and The Philadelphia Daily News.  Doug’s public speaking and coaching services inspire and educate investors with viable possibilities to create wealth while pursuing their ultimate dream and passion in life.
