Our development projects have been focused on long-term real estate investments. Although our planned hold time on these investments are “forever”, when market conditions dictate otherwise we like to trade up to other real estate investments that provide larger cashflow. Our partners have seen a return of capital, monthly cash flow, and significant equity. Our development projects are mostly residential properties in emerging neighborhoods that provide attractive cash on cash returns as well appreciation.
