PROJECT 6: Willington Street

DESCRIPTION:

This was a vacant piece of land in between two row homes.

CHALLENGE:

While we had done many renovations before, this was our first new construction project.  While every project has its challenges we found building new construction has less building challenges then renovations.

SOLUTION:

After taking the land through the zoning process and converting it to a duplex, we built two spacious bi-level apartments and rented them out to Temple Students.
